Kein Gedicht

Ich möchte so gern wie ein Vogel
Durch die Lüfte fliegen.
Ich möchte so gern wie ein Löwe
In der Wüste liegen.
Ich möchte so gern wie ein König
die lange Weile besiegen.
Doch der Glanz der ewigen Sonnen
Begeistert mich heute nicht.
Ich habe Vieles begonnen.
Doch das macht noch kein Gedicht.

Abbildung: Fliegender Adler. Eagle Flying over the Fukagama District of Edo. Ando Hiroshige (1797-1858, japanischer Künstler). Known for his landscape and nature prints, Ando Hiroshige is recognized as one of the predominant printmakers in the first half of the 19th century. Hiroshige used Utagawa Hiroshige for his "artist name," taken from the famous Utagawa painting school he attended. A highly prolific artist, Hiroshige created over 5400 prints during his life.
